To create this incredible room, we transformed the little used formal dining room to a multi-use study. The focal point of the room is the direct vent, zero clearance fi replace, with an Arts and Crafts styled front. The Arts and Crafts theme is continued with seven foot, custom built, maple, sliding doors designed in close partnership with the client. The doors create a warm architectural detail and inspire the design of the moldings and mantle. Multicolored African Blaze slate tiles create the fireplace surround and hearth and set the color pallet for the walls and the room’s furniture and accessories.

This award winning design enlarged the Master Bedroom and features a spacious Master Bath with plenty of storage, double vanities, and a separate room for the commode. The walk in shower has granite walls and is designed to allow the owners to “Age in Place”. The toasty heated tile floor is pure luxury. A new walk in closet can later become a first floor laundry.
